A sales person at Giogle Store, Play Device Expert
Finally Google gives a human touch on play store, by adding sales person. This service is called "Google Device Expert". It help buyers by answering any question shoppers.
And it uses a Video call, Google hangout. It is free to use .
The service is already in try since September and still not much .Why? Because "we're in a limited trial of an experimental feature support and gathering feedback. we aren't ready to share the full plans yet"
The sales person said of Google.
As of now, the only way to access the Google Device Experts is through the devices section of Google's Play. From there, click the help icon in the top right corner, and then "Video call" under "Contact Us." Assistants are said to be available from 9 am to 9 pm Eastern time.
